Notice Board
Very important notice regarding classwork and homework copies
Dear parents,
As we notice that some of you are having some confusion regarding the rules and regulations of classwork and homework giving procedures that is being implemented from this session, hereby we are trying to help you by explaining the process –
First of all, properly cover up the copies and write down the students name on the copies (not inside the copies), also mentioning one copy as C.W. and the duplicate of that same one as H.W.
Classwork will be done in classwork workbook copies and whichever classwork is done, the same page numbers automatically becomes homework which needs to be solved in home workbook copies (that is an exact duplicate of classwork copies given to the parents and to be kept at home throughout the week).
For example – if page no. 16 and 17 of Mathematics class workbook copies has been done on any Monday, automatically page no. 16 and 17 becomes homework for the students for that day.
Only once in a week (Wesnesday of each week) parents needs to send the homework copies where students have done their homework following the classwork throughout the whole week for all subjects, to the school.
Parents need to send the homework copies on Wednesday of each week in their child’s bag only. Teachers will be collecting the homework copies for checking purpose. No copies will be accepted in school office on Wesnesday of each week. In case the student is sick or absent, their guardians can submit the homework copies which are due for submission on Wednesday, on Thursday of that week in School office.
Neither any homework copies will be collected by teachers, nor any homework copies will be accepted in the office on Friday of any week. We strongly discourage any students or parents from submitting homework copies on any Friday. In case, you have missed the copy submission date for any reason (sickness, absence etc.), you need to patiently wait for the Wednesday of next week to submit the copies for checking purpose.
Teachers will check the copies (collected on Wednesday of each week) and give it back to students in their bag on Friday of each week.
Non-collected homework copies for absent students can be collected by their guardians on any working day of school (except Wednesday and Thursday – copy submission and copy checking day) from school office strictly between 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Parents of UKG students have to take note of the fact that in cases of subjects like G.K. and EVS, the process of classwork and homework are a bit diifferent and it is mentioned below 👇
In case of EVS and G.K., copies being submitted on a given Wednesday of any week, teacher will keep the copy for checking and copy making purpose and distribute the copies on Friday of next week. So, basically the student will keep the copy for themselves at their home for homework purpose for one week and the next week teachers will keep the copies in school for checking and next set of homework writing purpose.
